For security reasons and to avoid fraudulent requests, each request must be clear and precise, accompanied by a copy of an identity document and made in accordance with the applicable legal framework. After the request has been processed, this documentary evidence will be destroyed.
Security:
We store your information in operating environments that are secure and protected from the public. We apply the accepted industry standards for the protection of personal data. The transmission of information and data from the sites is secure. Once we receive your information, we apply strict procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Storage:

In accordance with the legislation and regulations in force, we do not keep your data for longer than is strictly necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
- The personal data that you have completed/declared in your profile is kept for a period of three (3) years from your last activity on the Site.
- The data related to navigation on our Site, usage our Site are kept for a period of three (3) years.
- The statistics of audience measurement and frequentation of our Site are kept for a period of thirteen (13) months.
- Data that enable proof of a right or contract to be established, or that are kept in order to comply with a legal obligation, are archived in accordance with the legislation in force.
